How long does it take to make a custom piece?

Most Custom furniture items can be ready within 2 weeks of ordering. Timing mostly depends upon current workload.
Do you have a return policy?

10 days upon receipt, if there is damage.
Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver to areas within 50 miles of Baraboo, WI for a maximum cost of $ 175 depending on mileage. Prices rise outside of 50 miles from Baraboo - contact us to arrange delivery outside of that range.
Do you ship out of state?

Yes. We are working out the process to make sure it is the best and most economical way to get your pieces to you!
How do I take care of my piece?

All items are finished with a pre catalyzed solvent based lacquer. Wiping with soap and water is a great way to clean all your wooden pieces from us. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
Something has gone wrong with my item, can you fix it?

Yes. Depending on the length of ownership, cause of your issue, and location, we will come to an arrangement to make sure your piece serves your family for many years.
